The search service is available to those customers who do not perform their own search. KIB's help desk performs the search in consultation with the customer in the databases of their choice.

If there is a need for performing the search in databases not belonging to one of KIB:s fixed priceagreements the customer pays the basic fee (525 SEK resp. 800 SEK), plus the charge set by the database host.
